drone PHOTOGRAPHY

Scott’s View. The drone enables access to viewpoints not otherwise feasible.

a New Perspective

Photography via a drone can provide dynamic imagery - film or stills - to capture your project, gather data about your assets or operations, or to present to your market. Whether you need to capture your home, farm, estate or property, or to produce new marketing material, aerial photography can help you - effectively and efficiently. And beautifully.

I have been using a drone to capture not just historic buildings but, increasingly, the landscape. Whether large scale planting schemes that are best captured from the air, or flood management schemes where the re-routing of rivers and burns can uniquely be appreciated from above. You can see examples of the latter here.

A drone is primarily a camera, and you will get the best results from an experienced photographer using a drone, rather than from a drone user who is not first and foremost a photographer. I am an established freelance photographer - see my list of clients - and I have added a drone to my range of services. Scroll down to see examples of my work.

I use one of the latest DJI models (DJI Air 3), and all images are subject to careful post-processing using Adobe software on a colour-calibrated iMac to produce dynamic and accurate colours. You can have still images and/or film, all delivered to a format that suits your needs, whether prints or digital image files. I have completed the necessary training and certification under the auspices of the Civil Aviation Authority.
